We are excited to welcome you back to the clinic and have been working hard to ensure your health and safety with new clinic procedures to ensure social distancing, use of personal protective equipment, and enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocol.

Please Note: If you had a one hour 'osteopathy' appointment already booked before COVID19, your appointment will be reduced to 45 minutes to allow new cleaning protocols in between people.

Before Your Appointment
In order to schedule an appointment, you will be required to answer the COVID-19 Patient Screening Questions.  If you have a Negative COVID screen, we will then be able to schedule your appointment. If you have a Positive COVID screen, we will not be able to schedule an appointment and will be required to report your positive screen and contact information to Public Health.  For any appointments scheduled more than 14 days away, we ask that you go
online https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment and  complete the COVID-19 Self-Assessment within 48hrs of your appointment. If you test positive, please cancel your appointment and contact the local public health unit.

When you arrive & what to expect at your appointment

When you arrive, we ask that you remain in your vehicle or outside the clinic.

Call reception at 519-804-1697 to let them know you have arrived, who you are here to see and what parking spot you are in.

Please come to your appointment alone and wear a clean, cloth or disposable mask.
If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you at the clinic (please be aware there may be a small fee for masks).

If it is necessary for another person to come with you (e.g. a child whose parent drives them to their appointment), that person will be asked to remain outside the clinic as our waiting room is closed.

Your provider will meet you at the door at your scheduled appointment time.

You will be screened with a 'temperature gun' . 
(if you have a fever and the alarm goes off you will not be allowed in)

For all osteopathy appointments - You will be asked to sign a pandemic treatment consent form.    CLICK HERE FOR FORM
*highly recomended to download it and bring it with you

You will be required to sanitize your hands and put on a mask, and will then be brought directly to your provider's treatment room.

You will be required to do the COVID-19 Patient Screening again, and treatment can only proceed if you have a Negative COVID screen.

After Your Treatment
Please keep your mask on and proceed to the front desk for payment and rescheduling.
